Scholarship Description: 
Biomedical Sciences Scholarships – Zhejiang University -the University of Edinburgh Institute in Haining, China 2019 is open for International Students, Non-Chinese. The scholarship allows Bachelor level program(s) in the field of Biomedical Sciences taught at Zhejiang University. The deadline of the scholarship is Varies

Scholarships are available for international students (non-Chinese nationals) who are offered a place on the BSc Integrative Biomedical Sciences or BSc Biomedical Informatics program at the Zhejiang University-University of Edinburgh (ZJE) Institute in 2019-2020.
Degree Level: Bachelors Degree scholarship is offered under this program

Scholarship Benefits: Currently the scholarship is of two types with different scholarship benefits attached:

Freshman Scholarship
These scholarships support outstanding applicants to cover:
  • Full or half tuition fees (tuition fees are normally 200,000 RMB)
  • Exemption from accommodation fees (approximately 8,000 RMB)
  • Living allowance of up to 17,000 RMB per year
  • International student medical insurance (approximately 3,200 RMB)
Academic Scholarships
Academic scholarships are rewarded to students who have excellent academic performance during their studies. These will be awarded on a year by year basis and normally include tuition fees, accommodation allowance, and living allowance.
Scholarships are awarded for 4 years of undergraduate study: the normal duration of the undergraduate program.
Eligible Nationalities: Non-Chinese International Students
Eligibility Criteria:
Scholarships are awarded on an individual basis for international students who are offered a place on an eligible program for entry in 2019-2020.
